Effective Jul. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. Beginning Sept. 6, 2025, through Dec. 1, 2025, Marriott’s Imperial Palms will be undergoing villa refurbishment and enhancement project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
The adjacent resort, Marriott’s Royal Palms, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Feb. 21, 2026.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery payment. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
